How to Ensure that You Take Effective Backups

One of the most important pieces of advice your tech guy would have given you while installing the computer at your place would have been to take regular backups of all the important data that you are going to store on your computer. He might even have mentioned to you that many things can cause a loss of data from your computer ' from power surges to malicious virus attacks. And so you do ' you take backups regularly of not just your documents but your precious music, movies, photos and games. But of what use are these backups if when a crisis arises, you are unable to restore files that you need or find the process too complicated?
